By train:

You can travel by train to Aachen (D), Maastricht (NL) or Heerlen (NL). There you can take the bus to Vaals.

 

By bus:

Aachen - Vaals: Line 33 or 25

Maastricht - Vaals: Line 50

Heerlen - Vaals: Line 43

 

By car:

When you come from direction Eindhoven/ Heerlen:  A2/E25 direction; near Geleen - junction Kerensheide- drive onto the A76/E314 direction Aachen till you reach exit Vaals; keep following the signs for Vaals. Once you have entered Vaals, take the third street to the right. You already see the Hotel Castle Bloemendal.

When you come from direction Aachen - Autobahn A4:  Drive onto the A4/E314 direction Heerlen/Antwerp and turn off at exit Laurensberg nemen (past city centre Aachen). At the traffic light turn right, direction Klinikum; stay on this road, direction Klinikum RWTH and Maastricht (Netherlands). You drive past the Klinikum and at the T-junction (at the traffic lights) your turn right, direction Vaals (Netherlands). From the border take the fifth street to the left (this is the second street to the left from the roundabout). You already see the Hotel Castle Bloemendal.

From Liège/Maastricht:  A2/E25 direction Maastricht. Before Maastricht turn off the exit Vaals/Cadier and - N278 - You stay on this road as you drive through villages such as Cadier en Keer, Margraten, Gulpen and Nijswiller. After approx. 30 kilometers you enter Vaals and you take the third street to the right. You already see the Hotel Castle Bloemendal.

From Brussels/Antwerp:  Through the A2/E314 direction Aachen; near  Geleen - junction Kerensheide- the A76/E314 keep driving into direction  Aachen until you reach exit Vaals; keep following the signs to vaals. Once you've entered Vaals, turn ight (third street). You already see the Hotel Castle Bloemendal.
