  • The participants choose in advance the program they want to follow.

Video conferencing

Are you with a group (up to 10 people) and do you have an online meeting platform such as; MS teams, Zoom, Webex etc.? Then make use of this option. Your room will be equipped with:

  • Video-conference set with a camera, 1 speaker(soundbar) and 1 microphone
  • Online streamen up to a maximum of 10.000 guest, depending on the platfom (ATTENTION: License fees are not included)

Guests can dial in from home, these guests can then be seen on the screen. The speaker can connect his laptop to the projection screen in the room, the presentation can be seen in the room as well as at home with the guests calling in. Furthermore, the connection runs via an encrypted platform; guests who want to dial in receive a link to participate in the meeting.
