Room Service

You can easily order and pay for room service using our Anna Bel service by scanning the QR code found in your room.

If you don’t have a QR-reader on your mobile phone, then please order via our front desk department. Dial number 9 on your hotel room telephone.

• Roomservice breakfast is possible between 07:30 o’clock and 10:30 o’clock. Please place your order one day in advance at the front desk.
• Roomservice lunch / dinner is possible between 12:00 o’clock and 22:00 o’clock.
• Roomservice for beverages is available 24 hours per day, between 07:30 o’clock and 22:00 o’clock via the QR-code. Other times via the front desk.

There is a roomservice charge of € 15,00 per order.

During bank holidays we do not offer any roomservice.
